Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully. By downloading, installing, or using the Cruzo mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user ("you" or "your"), and Cruzo, Inc. ("Cruzo," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms may be updated at any time without notice, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of the app after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Cruzo is a GPS-based speed tracking application designed to provide a supplementary driving aid. The App:

Cruzo is not a certified safety device, navigation system, or official speed-monitoring tool. It is provided for informational purposes only and may not be 100% accurate. You must not rely on the App as your sole source for speed information and are responsible for complying with all traffic laws.
The App's visual flashing and audible alarm features are intended as a supplementary warning system only and may be distracting. By enabling these features, you assume all risks associated with their potential for distraction. You must maintain full attention on the road and your surroundings at all times.
GPS accuracy can vary significantly due to factors such as weather, satellite availability, and your geographic location (e.g., tunnels or "urban canyons"). Speed readings may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. The speed limit data used by the App may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, and the App's warnings may not always activate at the correct speed limit for a given location.

The App is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be accurate, reliable, free of errors, or operate without interruption.
Under no circumstances shall Cruzo, Inc. or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cruzo, Inc., and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms, your use of the App, your violation of any law, or your violation of the rights of a third party.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Cruzo, Inc. You are prohibited from modifying, copying, distributing, transferring, or selling any information or services obtained from the App.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App or these Terms at any time without notice. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. This agreement will automatically terminate if you uninstall the App or violate any of its terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Cruzo, Inc. is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate legal channels of that jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between you and Cruzo regarding the App's use and supersede all prior agreements.
